Senior Center 10th Anniversary Dance
To meet the growing needs of the senior population, Steinmetz Senior Center was opened and dedicated in September 1999. The diverse cultural background of the service area necessitated the development of programs to meet the needs of all seniors in the communities of Hacienda Heights, Rowland Heights, La Puente and Whittier. Through partnerships with Intervale YWCA, the Steinmetz Senior Center provides hot, nutritional lunches Monday through Friday.
