Rueben Ingold Parkway consists of a surfaced walkway which is a little under one-half mile in length. It is located on a bluff on the east edge of the Baldwin Hills in Los Angeles, and offers an excellent view of the eastern ridge of the Kenneth Hahn Recreation Area and the La Brea Greenbelt.
