Halloween Costume Contest

Mary McLeod Bethune Park is named after one of America’s greatest educational advocates and civil rights leaders. This Florence-Firestone community facility features a gymnasium, large community room, computer lab, baseball diamond, swimming pool, and one of the first skate parks built by the Department, Parks and Recreation. Kids N Sports provides youth sports leagues such as baseball, softball, soccer, and flag football as well as recreational programming such as after-school and summer day camps, and “Amp It Up!” summer lunch program and the after-school snack program.
