San Dimas Canyon Nature Center

The San Dimas Canyon Community Regional Park and Nature Center established the first nature center in the Los Angeles County Park system during the 1950’s, and encompasses a total of 138 acres. Located in the foothills of San Dimas, the natural area offers a camping area, picnic ground, a animal sanctuary, a rehabilitation area for birds of prey, a museum, and a hiking trail. The campground attracts about 2,000 youths a year, and the facility entertains over 150,000 visitors a year.
